Take the Halls is the first available multiplayer gametype for King Arthur's Gold. Two teams fight for specific spots on the map, known as Halls. These halls grant you the ability to fast travel between them, store resources, provide you with migrants to maintain your teams factories, research technology and provide you with a nice place to fortify.

Objective

The objective is simple - capture all the halls on the map to bring honor, glory and victory for your team!

Capturing a Hall

Simply stand inside of the hall, with no enemies inside to start capturing the hall. A progress bar will appear and once full the hall will become yours, converting all nearby team based structures, like doors to your teams colour. While the hall is being captured, no players will be able to spawn at the hall. Capturing a enemy hall with enemies nearby is much slower (and possibly more difficult).

Tips

- When enemy knights are slashing at the door of your hall, don't go out through that door! - Place your workshops safely - enemies can easily destroy unprotected/exposed workshops. Placing them under/behind your hall might be a good idea. - If your hall walls are broken and enemies are nearby, patch them up with anything you can use. Don't be OCD and only use stone! - Change classes to what your team needs! If you have an all knight team, it would definitely be nice to have a builder to build workshops and reinforce hall defences. Or, change to a knight in a all builder team to protect your builders. - Communicate with your team! If you find an enemy tunnel, announce it to your team using team chat! If typing takes too long, just use the emoticons (Default 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and Q for more).
