It is a new kind of workshop which became avalible since 319 (along with tunnels) but only for some modded servers.This should be in special section though.Check Beos ctf gold server or Europe guard vs world server.
Also i hear its soon gona be default one soon.
So if nothing else lets just leave it hidden.
