Ladders are blocks made by the builder from wood.
Used for climbing up mineshafts and building bridges. Very useful and essential for your team.

Changes
- ladder needs 4 wood (10 in tree block)
- ladders can be built anywhere against backgrounds
- fixed infinite ground background ladders
- dead players fall off ladders
- return of the ladder bubble
- fixed ladder placing not working sometimes
- ladder wood usage increased from 2 to 3 (tree block = 10)
