Catapults are the ne plus ultra in terms of crashing castles and bodies. They are entirely built up of wood (note: one catapult = a full inventory of wood) and need rock to be used (1 rock = 1 shot). The catapult fires three stones at a time and is very deadly. It is the largest of the structures in the game and is built by a builder. To build it just place the pieces in a 4 * 3 square and when the catapult is finished it is turned the right way.
To shoot, press and hold "e" to aim. The longer you hold the further you shoot. The shots are aimed with mouse. Release "e" to shoot.
Construction reference
Image | Constr. name | Placing of one block cost | Breaking of one block gives you |
---|---|---|---|
Catapult | 2 x wood material for each block x 12 blocks | While it is not built entirely, same as placing cost (or 1 catapult block) | |
24 x wood material in total for one entire catapult | You don't get anything for breaking down entirely built catapult. |
Changes
- fixed infinite rock catapult exploit
- catapult can change rotate according to thrower
- fixed catapult facing wrong direction for red team
- added catapult
Tips
- The catapult fires three stones at a time and can be very deadly. A well placed, fortified catapult can keep the enemies at bay even when outnumbered.
- Fired stones will destroy ladders instantly, making catapults an effective counter against sky bridges.
