These are the default controls for the game on a Windows computer. Most can be rebound to different keys in the settings menu.

Mouse	Function
Left mouse button	Knight: Jab with the sword, hold to charge slash, destroy blocks/doors Archer: Aim, click and hold, release to shoot Builder: Build blocks/constructions and repair blocks Fire catapult
Right mouse button	Knight: Defend with the shield and shield bash. Archer: Make arrows from trees, destroy dirt blocks Builder: Cut down trees, mine resources, attack with hammer, break blocks
Mouse wheel up/down	Zoom in/out
Mouse cursor	Aim

Key	Function
A	Move left
D	Move right
W	Jump Climb a ladder (Archer can also climb on trees)
S	Crouch/Lay down Down a ladder or bridge
E	Change classes (at tent/outpost) Build/buy from workshops Enter Siege Menu (at catapult)
R	Command/Control allies in Zombie Fortress
F	Knight: Arm bomb, throw bomb Builder: Tap to cycle through or hold to select blocks/constructions to build
C	Drop and pick up items
M	Minimap (if enabled)
Q	Tap to shout "Move!" or hold to open the emoticon selection
V	Taunts/Quick Commands
Backspace	Player Menu Suicide Swap team
Esc	Settings menu Hat/Gender customization Clantag customization Quit to menu Voting next map
1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/0	Emotes /////////()
Enter/T	Public Chat
Y	Team Chat
Tab	Scoreboard Vote to kick players

F4	Take a screenshot (saved in KAG folder /screenshots)
