Template:Workshop block The Workshop is a basic frame for most other workshops. It must be built in a 3x3 pattern from single workshop blocks. After a complete Workshop has been built, it can be upgraded into several different types of specialized workshops.
Empty workshops as well as finished specialized workshops are usable by players of both teams.
Construction
The Workshop block has to be placed in a 3x3 shape. Successful construction is signified by a sound.
Only 1 block has to be on top of a supporting platform, thus a 3x3 workshop may be constructed on top of any block other than a ladder or castle back wall.
Since build 262 every workshop tile connects with each other placed next to it. As a result of this it's impossible to make a workshop frame if the frame you are building is next to another unfinished workshop.
Update History
- Workshops now don't cost stone and don't provide block support.
- However, single workshop blocks provide support.
- Quarters now produce light in darkness
- Premiums can now buy new items
- Ladders and trap bridges can be built on workshops (if background wall is behind it)
